WHAT ARE CASH-BACK BUYER REBATES?
Did you know that you can get a "good-as-cash" rebate on a home purchase? Yes, you read correctly, you can get cash-back at closing when you buy a home! When you buy a home through us, that is! We know this sounds too good to be true because it IS too good to be true, but we assure you it is. Therefore, we urge you to discover and research this little-known secret that is endorsed, not only by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission and the National Association of Realtors (NARS), but by The U.S. Department of Justice!
The People Realty Cash-Back Rebates can be applied towards a down payment, closing costs or for whatever you desire as approved by your lender. These rebates are a gift to the buyer and never have to be paid back! However, there may be tax consequences and such will be reported to the IRS. It is advisable to discuss these rebates with your accountant.

We have discovered that most individuals and families relocating to Charlotte NC or surrounding areas may have already visited the area several times to fulfill their due diligence. Then they call a NC Realtor or NC Exclusive Buyer Agent only after they pinpoint exactly which neighborhood they want to live in.
